Crosby bids farewell to Raiders, 'so excited' to join Ravens - ESPN
HENDERSON, Nev. — Less than 24 hours after the Las Vegas Raiders agreed to trade Maxx Crosby to the Baltimore Ravens, the All-Pro edge rusher said he has «zero ill will» toward the organization and hopes to retire as a Raider when the time comes.
«I felt like I left everything I had on the table for this team,» Crosby said in a 13-minute video, which he published on his social media accounts. «I've given my heart and soul. I feel like I let y'all down. Ever since Day 1, I wanted to create and build a winner with the Raiders.»

The deal will not be made official until the start of the new league year on Wednesday.

«Never thought I would be in this position. I never thought I would be going anywhere else, truly.… I didn't plan on things to be like this, but things happen for a reason,» Crosby said.
Crosby said Raiders general manager John Spytek was «awesome» throughout the process.

I know a lot of people have had questions and concerns, especially the past couple of weeks and months. I've decided to be quiet because there's so much noise and ultimately, I'm a football player.
"… I've learned from my mistakes in the past of being too involved."
