Cristiano Ronaldo scores 26-minute first-half Al-Nassr hat-trick against Damac

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick for Al-Nassr in the space of just 26 minutes during a 3-0 win over Damac in the club's latest Saudi Pro League match.

Ronaldo, 38, also scored four times during Al-Nassr's last away match earlier this month in Mecca and has now struck seven times in their last three matches. This latest hat-trick takes the player's goal tally to eight for the club across six official matches in league and cup after going scoreless in his first two games in the country.

He also scored twice during an exhibition match for a Riyadh All-Stars XI - comprising of Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr players - against Paris Saint-Germain in January, Ronaldo's first appearance in the country since joining the league. It kicks off what is a big weekend for sport in the Kingdom, headlined by Jake Paul and Tommy Fury facing each other in a boxing ring on the outskirts of the country's capital city, Riyadh, on Sunday.

It will be Ronaldo who steals the headlines on Saturday, though, after this latest glut of goals in an Al-Nassr shirt. The scoring started from the penalty spot as the player sent the Algeria international Moustapha Zeghba the wrong way in the Damac goal with a powerful strike from 12 yards.

Five minutes later, Ronaldo doubled his and his side's lead with another well-taken effort, this time using his weaker left foot to catch the 'keeper out from the edge of the area. The hat-trick was clinched just before half-time when the ball was reversed to Ronaldo inside the box for the Portugal international to finish first-time for his third.

Those goals put Al-Nassr 3-0 up at half-time against the 7th-placed side in the 16-team league
