The Premier League is back in action this weekend after the international break as the English top-flight season heads into the home straight.

Manchester City have seen their lead at the top cut down to just one point by Liverpool with Chelsea in third, albeit 10 points behind Jurgen Klopp's side.

Arsenal hold on to the final Champions League place sitting fourth, three points ahead of Tottenham Hotspur but Mikel Arteta's side have a game in hand on their North London rivals.

Manchester United are sixth, two points and one place ahead of West Ham with a game in hand.

At the other end of the table, Norwich City are rock bottom, eight points shy of Everton in 17th place, who have played two games fewer. Burnley are 19th, one point behind Watford but with two games in hand.
