Alas, this number may be far fewer, but still enough to give the side a different dynamic. Erik ten Hag is expected to alter his philosophy for the visit of Jurgen Klopp’s men, who have not got off the best start themselves.

Ten Hag may adopt a more defensive mindset going into the Liverpool bout with four players at risk of being dropped.
