Craig Moore in Rangers 'clear style' statement as he outlines issues and makes Celtic comparison

Craig Moore reckons Rangers have yet to click into gear this season explaining that they haven't got a 'clear style' like title rivals Celtic.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst has been busy in the summer transfer window to date adding the likes of Antonio Colak, Rabbi Matondo, Tom Lawrence, Ben Davies, Ridvan Yilmaz, John Souttar and Malik Tillman to date. However, the former Ibrox defender reckons the new recruits haven't really hit the ground running yet.

He has also dropped concerns over the Dutchman finding his best XI with the manager chopping and changing his team selections while he reckons the team don't attack enough, particularly in domestic games. He made the comparison with Ange Postecoglou's all out attacking style at Celtic.

Rangers dropped their first two points of the season at Easter Road last weekend with Josh Campbell netting deep into added-time to bag the hosts a point against nine-men after red cards for John Lundstram and Alfredo Morelos. Celtic on the other hand made it four wins from four with victory over Hearts to lay down an early marker at the top.

Speaking on the Go Radio Football Show, he said: "I don’t think Rangers have really got into any kind of rhythm so far this season.

"The players that have come in haven’t really hit the ground running, which is what you need, and what you certainly want to see. I also think in terms of team selection Giovanni is chopping and changing a little bit because of the scheduling.

"I think players are not really getting any rhythm or confidence. Domestically I would like to see Rangers being more attacking. They can go and attack domestically in every game.

"Giovanni, I think is a wonderful coach. I think he is brave enough to make changes tactically.
