“Could walk into a tough situation” – Millwall star’s stance amid latest West Brom transfer report: The verdict

Championship side West Bromwich Albion are increasingly confident of getting an agreement for Millwall winger Jed Wallace over the line, Football League World revealed yesterday afternoon.

The 28-year-old looks set to depart The Den on the expiration of his contract this summer with multiple sides thought to have been interested in the ex-Wolverhampton Wanderers man in the past.

Nottingham Forest and Turkish top-tier outfit Besiktas looked like the two frontrunners for his signature back in January, though the former were at a disadvantage because they were unable to seal a pre-contract agreement for his services.
