Corrie fans celebrate return of Todd Grimshaw with George Shuttleworth
Coronation Street fans were celebrating a reunion on the famous cobbles as actor Gareth Pierce posted new snaps with co-star Tony Maudsley.
The pair play comical undertaker duo Todd Grimshaw and George Shuttleworth on Corrie, and it's been a while since the pair have had scenes together on the soap.
Fans have missed the camaraderie between boss George and his employee.

In December there was typical mayhem when the blundering pair presented Eileen Grimshaw, Todd's mum and George's love interest, with a coffin for Christmas as part of a bespoke funeral package after nemesis Gail Rodwell had a word in George's ear.
Gareth took to Instagram with two photos - a smiley picture in colour and a moody shot in black and white - of the partnership outside Shuttleworths Independent Funeral Services.
"We’re actually THRILLED to be reunited (as you can see from photo #2!)," wrote Gareth.
Co-star Jack P Shepherd commented: "Ah the new Hitchcock film?"
irenemk50 told him: "Love youz 2 together."
jinty2611 said: "Glad to see you back."
debditchburn praised: "I just love this partnership! Hope they keep it going."
poppy_and_millie_moo said: "You two just 'click'. Long may you be together on Corrie."
planet_progress exclaimed: "Oh yes! It's been ages since we've seen you both!"
chattyannie123 commented: "Missed you on screen, only said yesterday wheres Eileen’s posse lol x"
And laurenellie_x cheered: "Good to see You back @garpierce!"
Earlier this month Gareth, who joined the soap as Todd in August 2020, posted a snap from his Corrie dressing room.
