Coronation Street's Sally Carman tells co-star 'love you' as they show support over new role away from cobbles
Coronation Street star Sally Carman-Duttine has shared her love for her co-star as she supported her latest move. The actress has actually been supported by a number of her castmates as she takes on a role away from the cobbles.
Sally, who is known for playing Abi Webster in the ITV soap, revealed last month (September) that she’ll be showing her off-camera skills as she’s bagged the position of director for an exciting new project. The soap star will be directing a stage production that will appear in JB Shorts Festival at Manchester’s 53 Two this month (October).
Sharing a post online about the production at the time, Sally wrote in the caption on Instagram: "Very happy to be directing @lindsaywilliams8900 piece for the mighty @jbshortsplays this October at @53two. It runs from the 3rd to the 14th - be good to see you."

"Having an absolute blast working with this fabulous bunch on @jbshortsplays," she started the caption of her post. "Thank you @winniegrace.s @audaciouskempo @seanchriscole @_bensherlock for breathing life into these characters, I couldn’t be happier."
She added: "@carol.donaldson.music your harmonies will forever melt me and @loughran64, your guitar skills are off the scale and the wonderful @ellaannefraser, @johnny_duttine_ @jamquinnofficial for having my back. @lindsaywilliams8900 what a story you have written!
