Coronation Street's Peter Ash gets same reaction from fans as he and co-star 'thrilled'

Coronation Street star Peter Ash has been flooded with the same response from fans as he and his co-star Daniel Brocklebank were thrilled to be recognised amid their work both on and off-screen to raise awareness of Motor Neurone Disease.

Corrie star Lisa George was quick to respond, writing: "Made up for you @peterash_85 - you have been outstanding … so so well deserved." Channique Sterling-Brown, who was also in attendance at the awards, said: "Incredible and well deserved," with Claire Sweeney
