Conor McGregor Posts Hilarious Video Of Himself As Chelsea Boss After Claiming He's Interested In Buying The Club

Conor McGregor has doubled down on his claims he's interested in buying Chelsea by promising to “push it to the limit” in a hilarious video on social media.

The move comes after Labour MP Chris Bryant called for the Russian billionaire to be sanctioned in the wake of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

Abramovich is reportedly seeking around £3bn for Chelsea, while financial analysts have valued the club at closer to £2bn.

That would appear to be far beyond the reach of McGregor, whose net worth is estimated to be around £135m.

But that hasn’t stopped the former two-weight UFC champion from aiming high.

He posted an image of the exchange to Twitter, alongside the caption: "I wish to explore this @ChelseaFC."

He later doubled down on those claims by posting footage of himself in a game, in which he appears to be the Chelsea boss.

The video is accompanied by the song 'Push It To The Limit', taken from the 'Scarface' soundtrack.

He again tagged Chelsea in the tweet, commenting: “Push it to the limit!”

Former Chelsea captain John Terry was quick to comment back with the eyes, blue heart, and football emojis.

It’s not the first time McGregor has sensationally claimed to be interested in buying a Premier League club.

Last year, the Irishman tweeted: "Hey guys. I'm thinking about buying Manchester United! What do you think?"
