Conor McGregor has been hailed to return to the UFC better than ever after breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier last year.

The Irish superstar has made a return to boxing training for the first time after the freak injury he suffered in his second consecutive loss to 'The Diamond' last year.

He will be eyeing a return to form after losing three of his last four fights, and has paired himself with some of the promotion's leading stars including Kamaru Usman.

WWE star Becky Lynch believes she has shown in her return to the wrestling scene that it is possible to make the best possible return. " You just gotta be better than ever, right," Lynch told The Schmo.

Like I came back better than ever, I don't think anybody can dispute that. I think Conor, when he comes back, he'll be better than ever. You can never beat the Irish."

Lynch made a successful return to the promotion after a 15-month lay-off due to the pregnancy of her first child with fellow superstar Seth Rollins. McGregor is facing a difficult challenge having been out for nine months, and his weight has ballooned to around 190lbs which could see him return at 170lbs or 155lbs.
