Colts poke fun at Chargers' all-gold uniforms, leading Week 7's top trolls - ESPN
Blowout victories in Week 7 of the NFL season meant extra time for social media admins to think up petty posts.
That includes the Indianapolis Colts, who took down the Los Angeles Chargers 38-24. Colts running back Jonathan Taylor ran for 94 yards and three touchdowns to lead the way, while Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert threw for 420 yards and three touchdowns.
The Chargers debuted their all-gold «Charger Power» uniforms against the Colts. A pregame post of the uniform from Los Angeles included the caption: «On our way to steal the moon,» a reference to a clip from the animated movie «Despicable Me.» The main character, Gru, tells his yellow minions that they are going to steal the moon. Indianapolis replied to the post with one of its own — this time, Gru was wearing a Colts cape and standing over the minions.
