Cody Gakpo has been told that Arsenal could potentially be the ideal move for him despite reported interest from German giants Bayern Munich. The PSV Eindhoven wideman has caught the eye over the past season for his exhilarating performances in the Eredivisie and in Europe.

Arsenal are reportedly among the clubs interested in making a move for the young Dutchman and it has been suggested that the Gunners are already leading the race for his services. That is despite the likes of Bayern Munich being credited as admirers.

Regardless of the interest in him from the Allianz Arena, Gakpo has been urged to reject a switch to Bavaria in favour of a move to the Emirates Stadium by former PSV and Ajax star Kenneth Perez.
