Climbing the walls and inexplicable agony of 400m runners

It's hours to Rhasidat Adeleke's 400m Olympic final and some people are climbing the walls.

Jim McMahon went along to the speed climbing to see Indonesia win their first gold medal for anything other than badminton, he joins Mikey Stafford to fill him in on a fast, exciting, brief sporting event.

Then David Gillick joins the podcast to discuss Adeleke's hopes and break down exactly how bloody difficult it is to run the 400m.

By the end you're left wondering why David and Adeleke didn't choose the long jump.

But, if Adeleke can recover from her scrappy semi, David does think there is a medal there for her if she can find her form.
