Clay Travis sets sights on French trans phenom Julie Tetart for proposed 'inclusive' WNBA expansion team

Clay Travis joins Dan Dakich to discuss the WNBA's inclusivity hypocrisy, following the recent waves French Trans basketball player Julie Tétart has been making.

French trans basketball player Julie Tetart's childhood dream to play in the WNBA is one more step to becoming a reality.

On Wednesday, during an appearance on "Don't @ Me" with Dan Dakich, OutKick founder Clay Travis announced that he will target Tetart, who was the scoring and rebounding leader in France's Ligue 2 during the 2025-26 season, as the face of his potential WNBA franchise that he'd call the Nashville Balls.

"If the WNBA is inclusive, then this French all-star, a WNBA team has to sign [Tetart]," Travis told Dakich.

On Monday, the 6'3 and shredded Tetart told OutKick, "If they contact me, I won't say no. But you have to be realistic: I'm old, and there are far better players than me!"

Travis doesn't care how old Tetart is. He can see talent. He can see determination. His vision is of a basketball player who is hungry to lead a fledgling WNBA franchise. Tetart called playing in the WNBA a "childhood dream" while trading Instagram DMs with OutKick.
