Citation named in Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023

Health & Safety and HR provider Citation has been placed in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023. The prestigious list recognises organisations with the highest employee engagement and wellbeing levels. Citation supports more than 50,000 SMEs throughout the UK to help them create better businesses and workplaces.

Citation’s overall engagement score was 83%, with 91% expressing a good relationship with management. Citation achieved high scores across the key drivers of employee engagement and workplace happiness including instilling pride (85%) and job satisfaction and feeling they do something worthwhile (85%).
