Cheltenham Festival racing results LIVE on Gold Cup day with tip tops and best bets plus all the winners and places

Here we go – once more unto the breach. It's been a fantastic Cheltenham Festival so far but Day Four could top the lot.

Yesterday was another day of shocks, none more so than Envoi Allen beating Shiskin in the Ryanair Chase (2.50). But there could be a helluva lot more on Saint Patrick's Day which could yet turn the sky above the Cotswolds Saltire.

Our man Garry Owen has already produced two winning naps out of three in this latest edition of the Greatest Show on Turf. And today he's going for tartan favourite Ahoy Senor in the Cheltenham Gold Cup for a stunning hat-trick.

But boy will Derek Fox and his charge have it tough with competition from the likes of hot favourite Galopin Des Champs.

We have 13 declared for the big race (3.30.) but there is a key non-runner in the County Hurdle (2.10). The well-touted Irish charge Magnor Glory is out, so no ride for talented conditional Michael O'Sullivan who landed two winners earlier in the week.

Ireland won 5 out of 7 of the races yesterday and took an incredible clean sweep of the seven races on Gold Cup last year.
