Chelsea move for 138-goal star 'would be incredible' at Stamford Bridge
Chelsea target Alvaro Morata’s return to Stamford Bridge ‘would be absolutely incredible’ but is unlikely to happen ahead of the transfer deadline, according to journalist Paul Brown.
The Blues have splashed out more than £180million on new recruits since the summer window opened for business, but head coach Thomas Tuchel could make further alterations to his squad ahead of 11pm on September 1.

The report suggests the 55-cap Spain international has emerged as an alternative option if a move for Barcelona’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang fails to come off.
Manchester United are reportedly viewing a move for Morata as a genuine possibility as well and have held talks over a switch to Old Trafford.
It is understood that Atletico Madrid are willing to sell the 29-year-old for £29.6million before the transfer window slams shut.
The Wanda Metropolitano-based club are keen to find a buyer because Morata has entered the final 12 months of his £125,000-per-week contract.
Brown would be flabbergasted if Morata were to seal a return to Chelsea, having previously made a club-record move to Stamford Bridge in 2017.
But the journalist feels, with Aubameyang in advanced talks over a switch worth up to £25million from Barcelona, a transfer from Atletico Madrid is unlikely.
Brown told GIVEMESPORT: “It would be absolutely incredible if Chelsea were to somehow end up with Morata back at the club.
“I think that would be absolutely amazing considering how hard a time he had before and how little he feels like a Thomas Tuchel player. Where that came from, I don’t know, but I can’t see that happening.
“It looks like they will get Aubameyang and I
