Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly finally makes contact with Sevilla over Jules Kounde transfer

Chelsea are at last ramping up their efforts to sign long-time target Jules Kounde with co-owner Todd Boehly making contact with his Sevilla counterparts, according to reports.
