Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel can't hide his frustration as he delivers verdict on Man United draw
Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel insists his side should have scooped all three points following their 1-1 draw with Manchester United at Old Trafford on Thursday evening.
Chelsea, following a dominant first-half performance, got their noses in front on the hour mark, hitting the front through defender Marcos Alonso. The Spaniard fired home from close range after connecting with Kai Havertz's flick-on from a Reece James cross.
However, they saw their lead wiped out just two minutes later, with United getting back on level terms through Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portugal captain latched onto Nemanja Matic's outstanding pass and fired the ball past Edouard Mendy in the Blues goal.

In truth, United were fortunate to secure a point to end their two-game losing run, with Chelsea dominating proceedings from the very first whistle. And for Tuchel, he and his players had every right to feel disappointed about not leaving Old Trafford with maximum points in the bag.
"We should have had three points tonight," Tuchel told BBC Sport. "On and off the ball I was happy with how we played.
"We were very brave without the ball and the performance was excellent but we lacked a bit of determination and maybe a bit of luck inside the box. We have had it a bit too often this season where we have drawn games when we were clearly the better team.
"We had it in the first half of the season. We should have won this game."
