Chelsea: £300k-a-week star 'keen' on Stamford Bridge move
Chelsea are in pole position to secure the signing of Manchester City and England forward Raheem Sterling this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Thomas Tuchel’s side are yet to sign a first-team player this transfer window, but have been linked with a move for the 27-year-old forward throughout the summer.

The move of Sterling, who has been described as “world-class” by Blues legend Frank Lampard, seems to make sense, with the aforementioned Lukaku already departed, whilst Timo Werner has struggled for goals during his time at Stamford Bridge.
And with the arrival of Erling Haaland at the Etihad Stadium, it may now be a good time for Pep Guardiola’s side to cash in on the £63m-rated wideman.
Since signing from Liverpool in 2015, the £300k per-week star, has made 339 appearances for City, scoring 131 goals and providing 95 assists according to Transfermarkt, suggesting that
