Chanel, Pandora, LEGO and first ever Wetherspoons confirmed for massive upgrade of Manchester Airport's Terminal 2

Chanel, LEGO and Wetherspoons are among the brands confirmed to open in Manchester Airport’s Terminal 2 when the £1.3bn upgrade programme is complete next year. More than 20 shops, bar and restaurant units will open their doors to the public as part of the second and final phase of Terminal 2’s transformation, the airport confirmed today (September 19) in a major announcement.

The new terminal will be home to luxury retailers like Pandora and Chanel, the latter opening its first standalone airport make-up and skincare boutique. These will be joined by big highstreet names including LEGO, WH Smith and Boots.

As well as retail units, the terminal will provide a variety of food and drink options, including the airport’s first Wetherspoon pub and a Fever-Tree cocktail and champagne bar. A huge 472-seater food hall, the Great Northern Market, will offer a street-style dining experience with seven international street food kitchens including a unit from viral Manchester dessert brand Gooey.
