Championship round-up: Mikey Johnston on target again for Baggies

Republic of Ireland winger Mikey Johnston scored a brilliant solo goal for West Brom in their 3-0 away win at Plymouth in the SkyBet Championship.

The Baggies suffered defeat at promotion contenders Southampton on Friday but came out fighting on Tuesday night, with all three goals coming in the final 30 minutes from Cedric Kipre, substitute Johnston and Tom Fellows.

After an unmarked Kipre had put the visitors in front on the hour mark from close range, Johnston doubled the lead on 76 mintues.

The former Celtic man cut in from the left, into the box, and beat his marker Matthew Sorinola before thrashing a rising shot past Hazard and into the far corner.

Fellows rounded off the win in stoppage time, firing home on the rebound.

Omari Hutchinson scored a stoppage-time winner as Ipswich edged a seven-goal thriller against bottom side Rotherham.

Tom Eaves fired the visitors in front within two minutes at Portman Road, but Ipswich quickly equalised through Wes Burns and looked on course for a comfortable win thanks to goals from Kieffer Moore and Burns again.

Hakeem Odoffin pulled one back on the hour mark and Rotherham equalised in brilliant style in stoppage time courtesy of a "panenka" penalty from Cafu, only for Hutchinson to fire home the winner seconds later.

The win lifted Ipswich above Southampton to third in the table after Saints suffered their first home defeat since mid-September against Hull.

Burnley loanee Anass Zaroury tapped in before Fabio Carvalho, borrowed from Liverpool, thrashed in Hull's second to lift them into the play-off places.
