Another day, another round of European heavyweights ready to battle it out on the biggest stage.

Among the standout fixtures, Arsenal travel to Germany for a heavyweight showdown with Bayern Munich, Real Madrid welcome RB Leipzig to the Bernabéu, and Manchester United went to Italy to face Como in one of our two early matches, only for Michael Carrick's team to lose 4-1 in one of the worst losses in the club's history in the competition.

Elsewhere, Aston Villa host Viking, and Internazionale look to bounce back from their defeat to Club Brugge when they take on Shakhtar Donetsk.

Also on the schedule, we had Lille vs. Galatasaray in the other early match which saw the Turkish club win 4-2, Club Brugge vs. Lens, Real Betis vs. Feyenoord and Sporting CP vs. LASK.
