Cesar Azpilicueta discharged from hospital after concussion and 'recovering well', say Chelsea

Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta has been discharged from hospital after suffering a concussion in the 1-0 defeat to Southampton on Saturday. Azpilicueta, 33, was struck in the face by Saints’ Sekou Mara as he attempted an overhead kick. The Spaniard received treatment on the pitch before being taken off on a stretcher.
