Celtic vs Dundee United LIVE as Greg Taylor starts with Rodgers making stick or twist call

Celtic are aiming to go a sweet 16 points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership.

And they will be hoping to do it without any souring of the relationship between Brendan Rodgers and the fans.

The champions cantered to a 3-0 win over St Mirren at the weekend but in his post match press conference the Hoops boss voiced his displeasure at some of the supporters over their groans at backward passes - and chanting for Kieran Tierney to return.

Rodgers viewed that as a lack of respect to Greg Taylor, the current left back at the club. The Irishman doubled down at his pre-match press conference ahead of tonight's visit of Dundee United.

There shouldn't be any negativity around the club given the position they are in and Rodgers will be looking to put it all behind him when the Tangerines roll into the east end of Glasgow.

Jim Goodwin has Dundee United riding high in third position but it's one of the longest hoodoos in Scottish football as they haven't won at Parkhead since Boxing Day 1992.
