Celtic spending spree will push Rangers 'Dad's Army' squad out of the top two - hotline

Celtic's summer recruitment drive has Hoops fans predicting a Premiership canter and the lack of new faces at Rangers is creating Hotline anxiety.

One caller is tipping the Light Blues to finish outside the top two with many believing the Parkhead side have stolen a march on their Old Firm rivals. Stephen Johnstone, Ardentinny , said: "Rangers have more chance of selling Alfredo Morelos and the rest of their players down the Barras than the open market. In my mind they are lame ducks due to their lack of progress in the transfer window and if I were a gambling man I would put money on them to finish outside the top two."
