CCTV image released after Greater Manchester farm targeted by burglars

Detectives have released a CCTV image following a burglary on a Greater Manchester farm. Police say two offenders forced their way into Park Lane Farm, on Wigan Road, Ashton-in-Makerfield.

The pair caused extensive damage to an electric gate before entering the farm's grounds, Greater Manchester Police says. Once on the site, they 'rummaged around' various buildings while looking for items to steal.

GMP has today (September 12) released a CCTV image showing two men they wish to speak to in connection to the incident. The photo has been released alongside an urgent appeal for information.

The burglary took place at around 12.25pm on Tuesday, July 16. Anyone who recognises the two men is urged to come forward as soon as possible.
