Carl Froch would come out of retirement to fight Jake Paul with no training
Former boxing champion Carl Froch has admitted that he would come out of retirement to take on Jake Paul.
The Cobra, 45, who quit in 2014, said he would lace the gloves up again to battle the former Disney star who has taken the sport by storm over the past few years.
Paul, 25, is now 5-0 as a pro having beaten former MMA fighter Ben Askren and ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley in 2021.
Now, he’s scheduled to fight Hasim Rahman Jr on August 6.
Super-middleweight Froch, who is 6ft 1in, told The Daily Star: “I would yeah, because I wouldn’t consider that to be a fight.

Speaking at the launch of the McLaren Turbo Series on PartyPoker in association with McLaren Racing, he said: “Jake Paul, is playing at being a professional boxer, but he is not.
“He can’t really fight, he knows how to stand up straight and he knows how to swing a punch, but he’s not a professional boxer.
“So to answer your question, if Jake Paul called me out, then absolutely.
“I wouldn’t even train for it, I’d take him on, I’d beat him up, and I’d get a good pay day because it’s Jake Paul, then I would go home happy.”
Froch previously claimed he would be willing to face Paul but only if he agrees to give him at least $50 million in cash.
He told iFL TV: “I wish he’d call me out. Easy money.
“All them YouTubers are easy money, let’s be honest. Come on, they can’t fight, they’re swinging handbags…
“Jake Paul, Logan Paul, I have got
