Cardiff City are hoping to make it three wins on the bounce for the first time this season, with Preston North End the visitors to the capital this afternoon.

The Bluebirds have already faced Ryan Lowe's men twice this season, with the Bluebirds requiring extra time to see off the Lilywhites in the FA Cup third round back in January.

On that occasion, fans were unable to attend due to Covid restrictions, but City will be backed by their loud and proud supporters this afternoon as Steve Morison looks to continue Cardiff's strong finish to the season.

City are set to welcome Tommy Doyle back into contention, after the Manchester City loanee missed out on the comeback win over QPR due to illness, but Curtis Nelson is likely to miss out.
