Cardiff City tightened their grip at the top of the table with an emphatic 4-1 hammering of AFC Wimbledon.
It is a result which sees them maintain their four-point lead over second-placed Lincoln City and stretch the gap to the automatic promotion places to a commanding 12 points after Bolton Wanderers were held to a draw by Reading.
On a night that saw City extend their unbeaten run to 12 games, goals from Joel Colwill, Perry Ng, Ollie Tanner and Omari Kellyman ensured the Bluebirds produced another statement win to further underline their promotion credentials with 14 games to go.

The visitors began on the front foot. Within five minutes, Cardiff were under pressure as Calum Chambers miscued a clearance that dropped invitingly for Callum Maycock, only for Alex Robertson to hurl himself into a crucial block. Moments later, Omari Kellyman drifted into the box and tested Nathan Bishop with a low left-footed effort as the hosts began to find rhythm.
Ollie Tanner was a constant menace down the right flank. He repeatedly beat his man and fizzed dangerous crosses into the area, one of which almost picked out Chris Willock at the back post, Bishop’s fingertips diverting it just enough.
