Cancelo, Delap, McAtee - how Man City loanees are doing this season
Manchester City facilitated a number of exits this summer in what was an unusually busy time for Pep Guardiola.
That said, the club still continued to ensure their lineage of academy talent got the moves needed to progress their development. Many secured loans to EFL clubs while a handful went abroad. Some have been excelling while others are still finding their feet.
Not all are up-and-coming stars, though, with one or two featuring for the first-team in pre-season. MEN Sport has rounded up all of the players City have sent out on loan this summer and tracked how their season has progressed up to this point.

Joao Cancelo - Barcelona
The full-back has tallied two goals and an assist in his six La Liga matches so far, including a late winner against Celta Vigo last month. He has started all but one of his eight outings across all appearances so far.
Taylor Harwood-Bellis - Southampton
After sitting on the bench against Sunderland in the first game he was available for, the defender has played every minute of the Saints’ Championship campaign since his arrival. He’s managed just one clean sheet in six appearances, though.
James McAtee - Sheffield United
McAtee has started three of his four Premier League appearances and lost each outing. In his four games, Sheffield United have scored just twice and conceded 15 goals, largely thanks to their 8-0 defeat to Newcastle.
Maximo Perrone - Las Palmas
Perrone has appeared six times in defensive midfield for the Spanish club, although just one of those has been a start.
