CAF unveils venues for AFCON 2025

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has unveiled six cities in Morocco that will host matches of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

The selection process, conducted by CAF, Fédération Royale Marocaine de Football and the Local Organizing Committee, also revealed nine stadiums for the tournament.

The cities are Rabat, Casablanca, Agadir, Marrakech, Fes and Tangier.

In Rabat, four stadiums will host matches and they are Complexe Sportif Prince Moulay Abdellah, Stade Al Barid, Stade Olmpique Annexe Complexe Sportif Prince Moulay Abdellah and Complexe Sportif Prince Héritier Moulay EL Hassan

The other stadiums to host matches include Complexe Sportif Mohammed V Casablanca, Grand Stade d’Agadir in Agadir, Grand Stade de Marrakech in Marrakech, Complexe Sportif de Fès situated in Fes and Tangier’s Grand Stade de Tanger.

The AFCON 2025 competition will run from December 21, 2025 to January 18, 2026
