Hooker Kelleher also missed last Saturday's 27-18 victory in Cardiff with a neck injury.
Prop Furlong is continuing to recover from a calf / hamstring injury and has returned to Leinster for rehabilitation.
The 32-year-old has not played so far in the Six Nations.
