Bruno Fernandes sends one-word message ahead of Ruben Amorim meeting at Man United

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has posted a message to social media ahead of his first meeting with new head coach Ruben Amorim.

The Portuguese tactician took charge of his first training session on Monday, with the likes of Casemiro, Marcus Rashford and Kobbie Mainoo involved, as they gear up for their trip to Suffolk on Sunday. Manuel Ugarte, who worked alongside Amorim at Sporting CP, will return later than some of his clubmates due to Uruguay's World Cup qualification campaign - when they take on Brazil tomorrow (Wednesday 12:45am kick-off).

Fernandes was one of four to depart as Pedro Neto, Bernardo Silva and Cristiano Ronaldo sat out of the 1-1 draw with Croatia with the United captain suspended for the trip to Split. The Portugal national team head coach said: "In the first stage, we made six changes from one game to the next. It’s important for us to be first – and we already are.
