Bruno Fernandes has told Manchester United the value in signing Randal Kolo Muani
Manchester United remain in the hunt for a world-class striker and Bruno Fernandes may already have nudged his side towards Randal Kolo Muani.
A world-class No.9 has long been the priority at Old Trafford, with Erik ten Hag keen to add more goals to his squad and ease the burden on Marcus Rashford. Harry Kane had been earmarked as the top target but Daniel Levy seems wholly unwilling to entertain any offers.
United have been working under that very assumption and as such, have a shortlist of alternative options. Napoli's Victor Osimhen and Rasmus Hojlund of Atalanta are both of interest, but both current clubs look to be demanding an extortionate fee for their respective stars.

Another potential options is Kolo Muani. The 24-year-old enjoyed an outstanding season in front of goal for Eintracht Frankfurt, netting 23 times in 46 appearances across all competitions - form good enough to catch the eye of Fernandes.
“Kolo Muani, I think he is doing really well," the Reds midfielder told Royaltiz recently. "We saw it in the World Cup that he was good but I think now during the season, he’s been doing even better.
“I think he’s together with Rafa [Leao] one of the most promising [players] in the world right now. He probably has now the next step to a big club. He’s a player that I am quite happy to look at what is going to be in the future because I think he is a player that still has a lot to give to football.”
How much Frankfurt will demand for Kolo Muani remains to be seen, and the France international will not come
