Brooke Vincent makes fans giggle as she admits 'lie' to son over outing with his big brother

Brooke Vincent made her fans have a little giggle as she confessed to a 'lie' she told her youngest son as she enjoyed a little evening out with his older brother. The actress is a doting mum to two boys, Mexx and Monroe, who she shares with former footballer Kean Bryan.

Their eldest son made his arrival into the world in October 2019 and just over a year later, in November 2020, Brooke announced she was pregnant with her second child who was born in May 2021.

And Brooke has made no secret of the fact that she's found it challenging being away from her little ones as she makes her stage debut. It was revealed back in November that the 31-year-old would be making her stage debut by starring in the late Kay Mellor’s final stage play that has since started touring across the UK, including a stop on home turf at The Lowry.

Based on the BBC One show of the same name, the play will tell the story of five supermarket workers whose lottery syndicate numbers come in just as their jobs and livelihoods are under threat. It is being directed by Kay’s daughter and former Emmerdale actress Gaynor Faye in her late mum's name.

The UK tour kicked off last month (April) with the cast, which also includes Emmerdale's former Bernice Blackstock star Samantha Giles and Gaynor herself which means Brooke has spent periods of time away from her family.

But when back at home, Brooke tries to make the most of it and on Thursday (May 23), she took to social media with a selfie of herself and Kean, alongside which she said on her Instagram Story: "Little family day
