Brock Lesnar: 'The Beast' reclaims WWE title at Elimination Chamber 2022 and fans are divided
In the main event of tonight’s WWE Elimination Chamber show, Brock Lesnar regained the WWE Championship, becoming a ten-time champion in the process.
On tonight’s show, Brock Lesnar defeated AJ Styles, Austin Theory, Bobby Lashley, Riddle and Seth Rollins to reclaim the WWE title inside the Elimination Chamber.
Now that he’s the WWE Champion, and Roman Reigns is still the Universal Champion, WWE has confirmed that the WrestleMania match between Lesnar and Reigns will be title vs. title.
While some fans thought that this was going to be the direction WWE went with for the show, others didn’t expect the company to load the WrestleMania main event with both world titles.
The reaction from fans on social media to the huge title change tonight in Saudi Arabia has been mixed, to say the least.
As can be seen below, some fans aren’t too happy that WWE gave Lesnar another title reign, feeling as if he doesn’t need it, with others questioning why Booby Lashley even won the title last month.
