Brock Lesnar & Kurt Angle were WWE's perfect comedy duo

It’s fair to say that both Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle have provided WWE fans with memorable memories over the years.

The biggest match between the pair took place at WrestleMania XIX when they both headlined the event.

In the showdown, Angle would pick up Lesnar only to be hit with an F-5 before the latter pinned the former, winning the match and the WWE Championship.

With that being said, it’s evident that the pair have a real connection with each other.

Via Wrestling World, Angle said: “The friendship that existed between me and Brock Lesnar has always led me to avoid any match against him. It was a question of respect. When we received the ideal economic offer, we understood that it was just business and we adjusted.

“Many people may not agree with my reasoning, but wrestling is a business and its logic revolves around money. We got into the ring and we faced each other because WWE had offered us the right amount”

In a recent tweet by Just Talk Wrestling, the account shared a clip of the two engaging in a heated discussion, but it also proved that the duo were the perfect comedy act for the company.

The video started off with a female waitress saying: “Hey champ!”

Both Angle and Lesnar responded at the same time, with Lesnar saying to Angle: “She was talking to the WWE Champion.”

Kurt clearly found the comment amusing by responding with: “I think she was talking about the Olympic Champion.”

The rest of the video sees the pair going back and forth as to who the woman was talking to, but what took place after demonstrated perfectly why the duo were considered one of the best comedy acts in WWE history.
