Brock Lesnar: Ex-WWE Champion's 2016-2022 body transformation isn't spoken about enough

Brock Lesnar is one of WWE’s top performers, and is continually working on getting himself into the best shape possible.

Lesnar has been in WWE’s main event scene since his second stint with the company began in 2012, but the last six months have arguably been his best.

‘The Beast’ has won fans over with his performances as a loveable, goofy babyface over the last few months, particularly since his split from Paul Heyman.

Now without Heyman by his side, and debuting a brand new ‘farmer’ character, Lesnar has been able to show that he’s actually one of WWE’s most naturally funny talents.

However, it isn’t just with his character that Lesnar has improved during his second run with the company.

The former Universal Champion was never in bad shape, but he’s somehow gotten himself into even better physical condition for his most recent run.

While the transformation is incredibly drastic, you can clearly see that Lesnar is more defined and shredded now (photo two) than he was back in 2016 (photo one).

What’s even more impressive is that since getting more lean and shredded, Lesnar has entered his 40s, and is now approaching 20 years since his wrestling debut back in 2002.

Lesnar, like he was in 2002, is still right at the very top of WWE, and is challenging for the WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber tomorrow night.

Alongside AJ Styles, Seth Rollins, Riddle and Austin Theory, Brock Lesnar will be looking to take the WWE title from Bobby Lashley inside the Elimination Chamber in Saudi Arabia.

Should he win the match, which is rumoured to be happening, the former UFC star will set up a title vs. title match with Universal Champion Roman Reigns for the main event of WrestleMania 38 in April.
