British MMA star Ammari Diedrick eyes UFC call-up after ARES FC 8 fight with Racim Batouche

Ammari Diedrick describes himself as “an aggressive, come-forward style of fighter.”

In other words, must-see entertainment.

Diedrick – regarded as one of Britain’s most talented up-and-coming prospects – will put his perfect 2-0 record on the line against Racim Batouche on Friday night.

And the British MMA fighter is eyeing a UFC call-up if he can defeat his French rival at ARES FC 8 at The Dome de Paris.

“I have a fan-friendly style which makes me entertaining,” Diedrick exclusively told GiveMeSport.com.

“I know I’ve only had two fights. But I want to stay active. And who knows, if I impress the big man on Friday, who know what will happen.

“I’ve just got to make sure I keep on entertaining people and putting on a show for the crowd and that’s exactly what I’m going to do.”

Diedrick’s fight with Batouche is just one of 10 bouts on what promises to be an action-packed night at the Palais des Sports.
