Britain's Got Talent viewers feel sick as they complain over 'vile' farting man act and he stuns as he reveals how he prepared

Britain's Got Talent viewers complained as 'fartist' Ichikawa Koikuchi returned to the Britain's Got Talent stage to perform his wind tricks in the live semi-finals. Ichikawa previously stunned fans of the ITV talent show when he auditioned last month by breaking wind to blow out the candles on a birthday cake.

He followed this by blowing out a dart with the aim of popping a balloon, with help from head judge Simon Cowell who got up to join him on stage and offered moral support. Adelighted Ichikawa was sent through to the next round with three yeses. Alesha Dixon said: "I actually really enjoyed it."

But tonight there was disappointment, and BGT fans watching at home were left feeling queasy, as Ichikawa lay down to break wind down a microphone along with music.

@SakuraMoon85 complained: "I feel sick." @babynewt_ said: "It’s vile." And @rick2099 grumbled: "Think it’s maybe time to bin #BGT watching a grown man try to fart a song might be a step too far!"

@W59Sharon tweeted: "Cannot believe #BGT is wasting air time on someone farting. I work with several men and they can knock him out of the park with their farts but I wouldn't consider it a talent." And @T1968Queen said: "WTF has it come to when someone farts on tv for entertainment? It’s a reminder of why I don’t watch this s***e."

@Rocontop said: "Is this how low our tv has fallen, as much as fart jokes will always be funny, this is pathetic tv." @Abbeyleighsmith asked: "Am I seriously watching someone fart on live tv?" And @ScottElliott10 said: "Oh look man farts and #BGT put it through to live semi finals, like WTF."
