Brighton vs Man United prediction and odds ahead of FA Cup semi-final clash

Manchester United will be looking to put their Europa League exit behind them as they look to secure a place in the FA Cup final when they face Brighton & Hove Albion in the second semi-final. Erik ten Hag was not impressed with how his side bowed out to Sevilla on Thursday but with injury concerns growing, especially in defence, a makeshift line-up is far from ideal in a cup semi-final.

Despite being EFL cup champions and sitting in the top four, it is the Albion who are the bookies favourites at 11/8 with Betfred while United are 15/8 and a draw is 5/2. The Red Devils are unbeaten against the Seagulls with five wins and two draws including replays.

But with injury concerns at the back, it could be a tricky afternoon at Wembley when they face Roberto De Zerbi's side. The Italian has got the south coast club playing some wonderful football with plenty of attacking threats to think about and with United expecting a makeshift centre-back partnership of Victor Lindelof and Luke Shaw at the back, they could be in for a busy shift.
