Brentford boss Thomas Frank makes Christian Eriksen admission ahead of Manchester United clash

Brentford manager Thomas Frank has admitted he is relishing his reunion with Christian Eriksen as Manchester United travel to the capital on Saturday.

Eriksen left the Bees at the end of last season after signing a short-term deal with the West London club halfway through the campaign. The former Tottenham man decided to make the move to Old Trafford for the 2022/23 season and Frank has said he is looking forward to seeing his old player this weekend.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Frank said: "I am looking forward to seeing him again. I look forward to giving him a hug and asking him how his family is, then I look forward to competing against him on the pitch and afterwards hopefully we will have three points and he will have zero, but we will see.

"In general I don’t believe in if it’s a perfect situation
