Brendan Rodgers rues January decision as Caglar Soyuncu opens up on future

Papy Mendy has an important role to play as Leicester City look to make a late charge up the Premier League table but manager Brendan Rodgers has shared his “frustration” that the Senegalese midfielder won’t be able to help the club's bid for Europa Conference League glory.

Coming to a potential juncture in his career, Soyuncu has said he wants to stay in the Premier League, where he is happy to be playing, and hopes to be a leading example of young Turkish players coming over to play in the division. Read
