BREAKING: Second man charged with murder following Zikel Bobmanuel death
A second man has been charged with murder following the death of Zikel Bobmanuel in east Manchester.
Zikel, a 32-year-old dad, was found dead by emergency services on Sandywell Street in Openshaw on Saturday (March 25). Police believe he died after being shot.
In an update issued this morning (March 30), police said Ramal Ingram had been charged with murder. The 38-year-old, of Bucklow Avenue, Fallowfield, will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court today.

Police said: "Zikel’s family are aware of these developments and continue to be supported by specialist officers."
Emmanuel Onasanya has already appeared in court charged with murder. The 32-year-old, of John Beeley Avenue, Openshaw, will next appear in court for a plea hearing in June, and a trial date was set for October. He was remanded into custody.
