Brandon Aiyuk's Agent Again Attacks Fake News Reports On His Client

Have you ever encountered those annoying NFL aggregate accounts or social-media reporters claiming they've got a scoop?

NFL agents have heard of them and are starting to shut up these source-less nightcrawlers looking for a seat at the table.

This offseason, San Francisco 49ers wideout Brandon Aiyuk has been the talk of the NFL trading block, and these so-called reporters are trying to pounce on faint scoops or make one up to claim they had it first if everything works out like they forecast, nay, guessed.

Aiyuk's agent hasn't been fond of these fake-news reporters, shutting one down last week from an obscure report about the Niners wideout requesting a trade out of San Francisco.

The agent, Ryan Williams, refuted the online claim, mashing the fake scoops with accurate info straight from the horse's mouth. 

Sure, Aiyuk's agent wouldn't want to disclose such information even if it were true to keep the player's leverage at the negotiating tables. 

But in the Wild West, which is the Digital Age, there are plenty of fakes worth separating from the real heads, like OutKick's Armando Salguero, a true vet.

Williams was back at it on Thursday, shutting down a Pittsburgh Steelers ‘insider’ claiming to have information on a trade for Aiyuk. 

Some Joe Schmoe claimed to have a scoop that the Steelers are ‘aggressively pursuing’ (must be real) a trade for Aiyuk,
