Bradley trusts the process in midst of Hoops' winless run

Stephen Bradley insists Shamrock Rovers will "trust the process" and turn the corner after their wait for a first SSE Airtricity League Premier Division win of the season extended to six games on Friday night.

Jake Mulraney's sweet 88th-minute strike earned St Pat's a 2-2 draw at Tallaght Stadium and left the Hoops - who are seeking a fourth title in a row this year - third bottom.

All the talk before the campaign was about who could stop the Rovers juggernaut but after five draws and one defeat from their games so far, Bradley's men now have work to do to ensure they don't get cut adrift.

Bitter rivals Bohemians are top, 10 points ahead of Shamrock Rovers, and yet Bradley isn't panicking.

"You just trust the process, trust what we've done the last four and a half years," he told RTÉ Sport.

"These are the top players in the country, a top team. You have spells like this throughout any season, we're just having it right now.

"We're definitely hurt, there's no doubt we're hurt. But if we keep bringing what we've been bringing tonight and the last couple weeks we'll be fine. It's just gone against us, but that's the way it goes."

Bradley stressed that performances have, generally, been good despite the low points haul. He remains confident they will turn a corner sooner rather than later.

"Yeah it's frustrating," he added. "I thought we were brilliant [against St Pat's] at times. Their keeper has made two incredible saves, we hit the posts twice, I think we had 24 shots.

"Our performance was excellent at times, really good, it's just frustrating. It's a hell of a strike from Mulraney at the end to be fair. Right now those small margins are just going against us.
