Boujee closes 'most Instagrammable' Liverpool restaurant down

Boujee has reportedly closed its Liverpool restaurant down. Signs have been placed outside the city's 'most instagrammable' venue, saying it is 'closed for business'.

The restaurant - which like its Manchester counterpart, on Bridge Street in Spinningfields, is awash with pink - opened in December 2020. The Merseyside venue is set across two floors and covering around 9,600 sq ft, the restaurant features a giant candy area, themed ‘pool party’ and ‘Alice in Boujeeland’ areas.

The Boujee business counts Real Housewives of Cheshire star Lystra Adams as a director. Now, messages have now been placed in the restaurant's windows and on boards outside advising customers it has shut down, the Liverpool Echo reports.

"Boujee is closed for business,' one sign says. Another message adds that the closure is 'through no fault of Liverpool One.'

Boujee said it was 'confident' that it could resume business, but the signs placed outside it now indicate the Liverpool site has closed. Boujee's Instagram page no longer lists Liverpool as one of its sites, with only Manchester
