Boris Johnson dodges Roman Abramovich question over Chelsea ownership during PMQs

Prime Minister Boris Johnson refused to be drawn on individual sanctions for Roman Abramovich during PMQs this afternoon after he was quizzed about the Russian’s ownership of Chelsea.
